I founded Rags Metals Limited in 2009 which quickly became Ireland’s largest precious metals dealership and was ranked number 67 in Ireland’s Top 100 Companies in 2010.  This hands on experience of cutting edge business is a key differentiator to my work in psychology which constantly bridges the gap between public research and practicality. 

 

I am personally motivated by the positive psychology movement and run a series of training courses primarily in the not-for-profit sector.   I am certified and co-deliver the EQi 2.0 and 360, am an enthusiastic MBTI practitioner and a certified Mediator with the MII.  I work in collaboration with a series of consultancies and am an Associate of Cúram.  I have been a Graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland since 2014.

 

I have a range of business interests outside of the metals & mining industry and training & development field and sit on several boards as Non-Executive Director.

 

My main fields of interest are:  Stress Management, Emotional intelligence, Personality, Mediation, Networking, Optimism and Resilience.
